Hola Juan !

I was looking over some of our archives and saw some of your struggles

and wondered how you were doing !

So glad you quit smoking nine days ago.

Congratulations on your quit, stay close and NOPE your way to a lasting Freedom.

Welcome back Juan :) I remember your name from some time ago. Glad you are back on the Quit Train and congrats on being 9 days quit. Stay active here as that will help you I believe. The more often you post the more helpful feedback you'll get. There's a lot of very good information about nicotine addiction available to you on this site including a vast array of videos by Joel Spitzer. Make use of every tool available to you. It's all free and available to all. Knowledge is power so educate yourself all you can about nicotine addiction.

Hey Jaunmartino2, ten days is pretty awesome.  If you pushed through ten, you definitely can keep this quit going.  After the first week, it is really just a mind thing and redirecting those craves.  Stay close to the forum.  We are here to support you.

Don't forget our daily Nope thread ....this is a great way to start the day ....a promise to yourself ...you won't smoke in the next 24 hours ....I found this a powerful tool.... your doing great Juan ...
