Algebraic notation.  It was all the rage back when people played chess via correspondence.  Back when chess was a popular game.

I knew what you meant, Sirius but, I don't play chess.

I did think of just googling my moves, maybe with the aid of a computer I could give you a good game.

Yea, I haven't played chess in years and have forgotten most of the strategy involved but thanks for the explanation :)

No problem.  Games go in and out of style.  There are so few people that play chess now-a-days that the people who do play are usually very good at it.

A casual game of chess being a rather elusive critter.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
