Congratulations Grund on 2 years smoke free! That's something to celebrate for sure!

Hope you get out there and treat yourself to something really special. I'll bet you never get tired of those benefits gained by being a nonsmoker :)

Congratulations Grund! I remember the early days of your quit with your gang of quit buddies. What a sweet success to have continued on from there to your 2 year anniversary. Well done!

thank you all for your good wishes. You are right two years mark is great and feels great. Actually, the other day I was feeling a bit down and came here to see how things were going with you guys. It felt good also because it made me think of the very positive experience here and the great achievement of quitting. Very good for self-confidence.

Thank you all and keep strong!!!!!

Sorry I'm late but ...

Whoop whoop Grund way 2 go on reaching 2 years smoke free my quit buddy..

I remember the laughs and tears and tooth extractions we shared back in the early days☺️

I often think about Sunna and Jane and hope they have found the strength that we did..

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
