Derro ..... Short for derelect ... But used to describe a person who doesn't realy give much care for how they look ... I have an Uncle Derro...it's been his nickname since they were kids, I thought it was his actual name for years....basically while clean, they are not neat and tidy, but I kept and ragged, with holy or very out of fashion clothes.

 

That Brian is such a Derro, needs a shave and a brush through his hair.
