Happy yesterday fellow NOPErs...sneaking in a Chesky late one because 6th of July is Pineapple 🍍 Day....pineapples are a super food, and for those of you wondering the rumours are true, although technically it is the water content not actual pineapples but that's a different story somewhere else in the boards....so pineapples are nature's antihistamine, if you ever out and about and hayfever kicks in...just drink some pineapple juice, now it want take all the symptoms away but it will take the edge off, significantly..... But most importantly pineapples teach us all how we should live, we should stand tall, we should wear a crown and we should be sweet on the inside.

Hope you all had a nope filled Satdee.

Nope, especially on pineapple day.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
