Congratulations on your First Month !

The fog can last a while but, don't be anxious about it.Did you read this ?  The Great Smoke Free Mental Fog

Your body is recovering from the all the poison you assaulted it with.

This takes time.

Often smoking hides other physical issues so, if you have any concerns please consult a medical professional.

Do not forget to Reward yourself !  Rewards are an integral part of claiming back our brain.

Well done Richard.  I thought the first month was the worst.  Stay focused on the goal and you will see success!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
