In a couple of days I will be 3 months quit. I am doing my celebration thread now as I am not sure when I will be visiting the forum again as I am moving home.

So I'm clinking my glass and making a little speech.

Firstly I just want to thank ALL of you for supporting me through this quit. I do however want to give enormous thanks to the people who have been with me from the start of this journey. Those of you who found the patience to keep willing me on through so many failed attempts.

Secondly I am pleased to say that I am smoke free and now nicotine free :)

Until next time - Love you all xxxxxx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
