Way to go Dizzy! 2 months is a great start to your life as a non smoker. Keep up the great work and be sure to stay close to this community where we all understand what your going through. It really does help especially at this point in your quit. Be sure to celebrate your hard work because it's paying off big time!

Thank you! Still have good days and bad days . So proud to have got this far! Hope you all have a good weekend ❤️😁

That's totally normal Dizzy. Keep up the fight. The magic is already happening. Just give it more time because it only gets better from here on.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
