Special dedication going out to all the mothers...

Boo, you made my day.  My son is 39 and we always watched the A team with him.

As a young fella, I never missed an episode of the A-Team.

That was great television.

Chips and knightrider too?

Yep.  The A-Team, CHIPs, Knight Rider, and The Dukes of Hazzard....That's my Mount Rushmore of shows I liked when I was a kid.

I lobbied my parents to paint the old Crown Victoria like the General Lee.  I was voted down on that one.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
