Congratulations @Ankush for being one month smoke free!

Well done Ankush. That is the hardest month done and you have come through with flying colours. All month you have popped in to cheer on the rest of us with our anniversaries but this one is just for you. Make sure you do something special today as a reward for all your hard work it is an important part of the quit and rewiring your brain.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
