Congratulations @abbynormal for being 4 months smoke free.

Well done Abby, that's 1/3 done of the first year. We are all so lucky to have you here sharing your journey. Make sure you do something (not a 3 mile run..lol) to celebrate.

Thank you all! I plan to spend much of the day resting to recover from yesterday's heart procedure, but tomorrow I'm celebrating by seeing Avengers: Endgame! 😉

that's the way to celebrate, with one of the best movies to come out of the MCU

Congratulations, and I'm sure you enjoyed the movie. Hats off on a fabulous quit.

Abby I'm sorry I missed your celebration.

Congratulations and keep rocking that amazing quit.

I was amazed at the following Marvel has to be honest. I never realised how big it was until our cinema showed the film on every single screen for 24 hours a day and every single showing was sold out.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
