I smoked yesterday.

I had a big argument with my 21 year old son, the sad thing is I over reacted and felt so bad but he said some things that were hurtful and I just lost myself.

I know you say to come on here for help but to be honest once having a ciggies was in my head I couldn't get it out.

so last night I sat and watched u tube videos of people dying of lung cancer and emphysema. I know a bit extreme but some of the stuff I watched was heart breaking for their family's and all for a fag how selfish.

That's good that the videos are helping. I read you have purchased The Chimp, I'd be surprised if that doesn't help you too. Head down, crack on...NOPE.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
