Congratulations @DizzyD for being 1 month smoke free.

Well done D. This is the hardest quit month and you have done it. It gets easier day by day from now. So, rewarding ourselves is all part of the quit process, it helps to re-wire those nicotine receptors in our brains. Make sure you do something special, just for your to celebrate.

Huge congrats Dizzy for reaching that 1st month smoke free!! The beginning is always the hardest as you learn how to navigate your way along the pathway that takes you to lifelong freedom. Keep up the great work. It does gradually get easier and easier from here on.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
