Congratulations @Lilly for being 1 month smoke free!

I know you did your own shout out before you went away but I've been waiting a while to woohoo this moment so..... Well done Lilly. After many starts, and stops, you have made it to the one month mark. I hope you do something special to celebrate this while you are away because you certainly deserve to reward yourself for your hard work. Honestly that is the worst of it done, it gets easier now, day by day.

I'm so proud of you on your one month smoke free! You should be super proud. Thank you for the support you offer to others :)  I'd love to see a pic of your first month quit charm :)

@notsmokinjo you made me feel really special when I saw this thread. I can't tell you how much it meant to see you had still done me my proper one month post.

Thank you everyone for your words of encouragement. I am back from being in a country where smokers are everywhere and I'm still smoke free. Going away was a big test for me as usually as soon as I'm away I light up!!!
