Yep. I'm tooting my own horn! I think I've earned it. 😉

Thanks for being here to celebrate with me! I consider the first 3 months to be one of the toughest hurdles. I've sailed over that puppy and am heading confidently into my smoke-free future!

@abbynormal 25%er.... you were about to get a late one too... again with the flu med drug haze... not much of anything substantial went on last night from me, humblest appologies.

So welcome to the 25%ers club, you are officially 1/4 of the way through your first year quit. You are doing so well Abby and paying it forward to those coming behind. Hope you did something special to celebrate.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
