Congratulations @Kdad for being 6 months smoke free.

 

Well done K and welcome to the 50%ers. You have made it to the half way mark of your first year of freedom. Keep making sure you reward yourself because its all part of the reprogramming. So good to look back and see how far you have come.

Yay Kdad!! 6 Months is fabulous and is a huge milestone in your quit journey. Take some time to reflect on how far you've come.

YES!!!! Feels great. Hardly have smoking thoughts anymore unless I see someone smoking. Then I have a moment of nostalgia but quickly remember that I am NOPE. Thanks all!
