I have reached a very special milestone, according to Dr. Sheldon Cooper...

"The best number is 73. You're probably wondering why. 73 is the 21st prime number. Its mirror, 37, is the 12th, and its mirror, 21, is the product of multiplying - hang on to your hats - seven and three. In binary, 73 is a palindrome: 1001001, which backwards is 1001001. Exactly the same."

The nerd in me loves this and wishes to celebrate. 🤓

That's GREAT Abby!

73 days invested in your quit represents that many days that you have cleansed your body of chemicals contained in cigarettes and taken nothing but fresh, clean air into your lungs.

THAT for sure is worth celebrating !

Congratulations on 73 days of freedom.

I'll take your word for it on the math stuff.

Hello, @abbynormal

I am with @Boo when it comes to mathematics

although, they hold a certain mysterious, unattainable, shall we say charm? for me.

Next time you have a crave, solve this

(beat nicotine and win a million bucks, no kidding)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
