Congratulations @reciprocity for being 2 years smoke free!

Woohoo Piggy.... two years is frickin awesome... and we are so lucky to have you here. Doreen nailed it mate, you are a hero... you have lead the way for so many of us. Been in our corners propping us up, cheering us on and always knowing just the right thing to say when we needed it. Thank you for sticking around to help those of us coming behind. For being a true friend in life, not just in a quit. There are many, many advantages to quitting, but the friendships of fellow quitters is one of the more surprising ones I have recieved. So hurry back from your sojourn in the sun and come play with us again real soon.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
