I just went to an online counter to type in my info and see how many cigarettes I could add to the bonfire thread.

Yesterday was 100 days of no smoking :)

101 days today.

I'm into triple digits now.

I'm also into a bigger pant size.....but someone said "fat cells are easier to lose than cancer cells".

Kinda puts my moaning about pants into perspective.

Julie, congrats on the 101 days!  Don't feel too bad about the pant size as I don't think you are by yourself!

I like this saying. Makes me feel a little better about my weight gain.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
