Welcome back Marti :-)

Went to the gym at lunch time for a small group class ... Read 2 of us being pushed by the toughest trainer there .... I mean I don't know what was scarier - doing the stair runs or the thought of what she would do if I didn't do the stair runs !!!!!!! LOL , :-)

I think I have planters facititis in my left heel, ugh, this puts a damper on my running if I cant get this sorted out.....might take it easy today and buy some heel supports and maybe a splint for night time

Lisa, I am having a serious problem with my feet, extreme pain every time my feet hit the ground.  I've tried all sort of inserts to no avail.  I had to sit down in the middle of my boxing class today when we were doing a cardio drill that involved a lot of back and forth jumping.  A lady at my gym suggested I go to The Walking Company to have my feet evaluated.  I went today and walked over their computerized mat and got myself a pair of custom inserts that I can put in any shoes.  I am impressed.  These are the ones I ended up with:  http://www.thewalkingcompany.com/abeo-3d%C2%B3-orthotics-ultra-xp-orthotic-metatarsal-womens-one-color/38356

You aren't boring anybody.  I think we keep each other accountable when we post.  Also, keep in mind you could inspire a fitness newcomer :)

Today I ran 2 miles and did 110 floors on stairstepper.

I rolled into one of the free classes at my gym tonight, a core class. It was really a good one. Ouch.

I tried telling the instructor of my injuries sustained during the abs challenge (tush rubbed totally raw), but she didn't seem too interested. Ha!

How does your tush get rubbed totally raw doing ab work?
