Today was arm day....I really pushed myself and was using mostly 15 lb weights....sometimes the 20lbs.  Occasionally the 12 for some of the shoulder workouts.....darn pinched never.  Really caused me to lose a lot of muscle in my arms...especially my right...which is my dominant side.  On a brighter note....I was using 8's, 10's and 12's before....so I am improving.  Slowly

I also did the ab challenge...last day!  woo hoo!!!

I may run tonight....not 100 % sure

I rode my bike 10 miles this am then I walked cody for 3.5 miles this afternoon :) it is beautiful out I am ditching homework to sit on my deck and watch the dogs play...I also tried on my shorts from last year figuring since my jeans were feeling a bit tight that I would not fit in them but I fit in them just wondering now if my jeans are actually shrinking in the dryer hmmmm well that is what I am going with lol

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
