 Shattered.

Marti, what do you mean by shattered? Also, I can't PM you, I think your mailbox is full.

Yesterday: 6 (friggin) hours of painting.

Today: 5 (friggin) hours of painting.

Benefit: That my arms and back are not sore at all. They used to be very sore after I had been painting, before I joined the gym.

Truth: That I could have gone to the gym in the evenings.

I ran 2.5 miles today, did first day of Insanity (after fitness test), and watched an episode and a half of TWD on stair stepper. Just past 3 week mark on diet. I'd be happy with 7, but would not mind losing 12 lbs total.

I am not sure if I will be able to walk tomorrow, I'm already sore, and that is not a good sign. Especially since I have worked out most days for years. May need to contact the medics if I cannot get out of bed tomorrow.

ran 6.13 miles today in 1 hour 19 minutes ......not too bad but as I increase my distance and at the same pace(slow lol)  I wonder how long a half would take me when I get there maybe 2 hours 50 minutes? or 3 hours? I dont know. We might see if I keep going.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
