Daily exercise log for everyone :)

For accountability, I am posting here...I fully intend to do both a spin class at 8:30 am and Abs and Booty class at 9:15 am tomorrow.  If I don't you all can call me a liar or stone me or something.  I am serious, need to get my butt in gear.

ok...gym going well

 

Been 3 times since induction last week

 

Doing 3 sets of 15 of seated chest press, lat pull downs, bicep curls, tricep pull downs

 

Treadmill and bike then half an hour in the pool.

 

Loving it.

 

Next week will add rowing machine and some ab work.

Yesterday:  Just Spin class at Gym #1, then scrubbed my pet goats room, ewww!

Today:       At Gym #2 Spin class (pyramid sprints and intervals  :wacko2: ), then Muscle and conditioning class.  Now for the rest of the cleaning that needs to be done.
