5 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes ab workout, 45 minutes of Dance Dance Revolution (I put it under "aerobics"), and 23 minutes of Wii Fit Plus (advanced setting).

Legs, arms, cardio, gossiping session with neighbors

So was the gossiping the cardio or in addition to the cardio ??

Didn't get to the gym but did a home circuit and my version of jogging

Probably too much exercise today (er, yesterday?) if there's such a thing.

85 minutes of Dance Dance Revolution and 60 minutes of walking.

145 minutes total; 1902 calories burned supposedly.

Made a stupid mistake. Attempted the gym this morning, a spin class no less. It was a complete disaster, only lasted ten minutes, left in tears. This is not fair.
