I love liquid dinners... lol

Went to the doctors yesterday...

I am now headed for therapy for my shoulder and and have also added to my wardrobe a elbow support for my tennis elbow???

This will teach me not to go the doctors for a check up... lol

TRX yesterday, on my way to Abs and Booty class now.

No cardio for me for a bit, I am still feeling the effects of my last liquid dinner.  Days later head is still pounding, nauseous and the bruises are still on my face.  That is the last time I will forget to eat before having a couple glasses wine, eek!

I wish mapmywalk or mapmyfitness was a bit more accurate.  All I know is that I'm walking about a mile 2 times a day and about a half mile 2 times a day.  And its not killing me!

Yeah!!!

I can't exercise, it could make it worse Melanie.  I hate it, all I want to do is sleep and it hurts.  Instead I just sit around with a diaper helmet on my head  :o

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
