On holidays ( vacation for my those of you in the US ) - but got to the gym - 2.5 Kms on treadmill, then weights and finished up with 2.5 Kms on the elliptical. I might have put on a bit of weight but I am sure going to be a fit !!

I don't know, I just can't seem to get anything together lately.  I have no clue what my problem is.  Went to the gym both Sat/Sunday.  Now both Monday and Tuesday, I seemed to have not heard the alarm go off at 4:00 am.  I have no excuse, none at all.  Clearly, I merely just suck lately.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
