Yesterday played and lost a basketball final

 

Today weights and running with my trainer

 

Am now sitting waiting for my spanish class to start and finish - so I can have my Friday glass of wine !!

Marti, yoga and pilates has been suggested because of the stress aerobics puts on the system, but in the past both always frustrated me because I'm short and round, and well those positions are hard to maintain!  So I typically don't do them, but I might try it again.

Have you tried the ones mixed with toning, as you're not stuck forever in the same pose :)  Do you guys have a fitness channel on your tv.... cause that's how I did mine, I just recorded loads of different instructors, then settled on 2 or 3 I liked that I could do at home. xx

I just go to youtube and hook my computer up to my TV with a HDMI cable.  It works really well.  I'll go to youtube and find some that I can possibly do, then I'll just add to my favorites and save.

walked yesterday at 2.5 miles/hour for 30 minutes yesterday and today walked at 3 miles/hour for 30 minutes today cant wait until I can run and lift weights again.

Day 9 Done :) last day of the shred tomorrow (unless my new dvd hasn't arrived...then I'll carry on with level 3).

Did my version of walk, run, shuffle then got killed by my trainer ... Heavy , heavy weights and more cardio.... No wonder I call her la Perra ... Fortunately she doesn't understand spanish - and thinks it is a compliment - so I should be ok !

Finished the 30 day shred!! ... but my new exercise dvd hasn't arrived yet so I'll stick with level 3 till it does :)

Decided to do level 2 of 30DS today (I finished the shred yesterday but still waiting for my new exercise dvd). Just as hard as level 3!

30 minutes of "disco walking" today.

 

("Disco walking" is my term for listening to fast, bouncy, danceable music on my iPod while I walk and dance and beebop around and around the perimeter of the condo's tennis court. Looks ridiculous but it makes for a fun workout.  :dance3: )
