I and my son took our bikes (bought one for30 dollars off the side of the road In someone's yard) and I rode 4 1/2 miles! 25 years ago, as a smoker, I could barely ride 2 miles. Hehehhee!

Went to the gym Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun.  Every day except for Fri was spin class.  I need to gripe about my gym.  They couldn't find an instructor to teach the Fri night class.  This gym is starting to go downhill.  They very rarely put the air on in the group exercise room.  I got stuck in a bathroom stall without toilet paper for 20 minutes, till someone came in.  I went to use the cable row machine today in the main room and somebody was using it as a table for all their stuff.  Went in the women's room and was able to find a bench to bring over to the multi use pulley station.  Don't even get me started on the dudes that do one repetition every 30 minutes and just leer at you the rest of the time.  Grrr....

Then drank my own body weight in beer. Ooooops.

Did Shawn T-25 today for first time.

Alpha cardio.

I wasn't perfect, but there were 4 of us in the room doing it and I don't think any of them ever smoked before, they all took short breathers.  Not me :)

Yay - finally got the all clear to get properly back into exercise - did a small group weights class - there was only 2 of us - so it was pretty much the same as a personal training session and then kick boxing - I have sooo missed boxing ! Am now back at work and can hardly walk to the kitchen to get my cup of tea !

Definitely time to change gyms but must say - of course the dudes are leering - we have seen photo evidence of how good you are looking ! a0d0423989cfe63dbac86525c36d6b54_zpsff34

5am - walk around my house hunting for a cat that's meowing, take cat back to bed in effort to shut him up. x2 repeats

5.45am - Arm extension in my sleep no less, (my exercising really is coming on!) to remove cat fur from mouth.

6.30 - Walk around kitchen looking for where stupid boyfriend put cat food. x10 repeats, plus some vocal exercise

6.30 - 7.30 - Walk backwards and forward between paddling pool (cats there) and kitchen and lounge (kids there getting ready for school, or not!) where stupid cats are trying to get in the pool, kids are forgetting to get ready. approx x 30 repeats before enganging x3 tricep curls with the hose at the cats! Engage vocal exercise simultaneously.

9.30 x15 minute actual arms excercises x15 minute actual butt exercise.

10am now - 11 hours till sleep approx  :lazy:

Too funny Marti - if vocal exercises burnt major calories - I would be a super model !!

After a month off - back to basketball - we lost by a point - not saying it was my fault but not sure the air balls I shot helped our cause ! a0d0423989cfe63dbac86525c36d6b54_zpsff34

So I joined a new gym tonight, 10 bucks a month at blue moon. They have tons of machines.

It was fun, ran for 20 min, did that stair thingie that revolves for 15, and weights.

There is 2 gyms at my office but sometimes I just don't want to constantly be around people I know.
