Today 30 minutes weights, then 1.13 miles on the treadmill early this morning.  Tonight, I went to Boxing and Conditioning 45 minutes.  Exhausted.

Yesterday - weights with my trainer and treadmill

today - was kick boxing and elliptical

Tonight - I have basketball

Tomorrow - it will be interesting to see if I can walk :-) LOL

my arms are still killing me from Tuesday!  Which always makes me happy because then I know I did something worthwhile

 

Leg day done!  Ouchers!

This morning 15 minutes weight machines and 1.90 mile jog on treadmill.  I pushed some serious weight on the linear leg press the other day 4 sets working myself up to 480 lbs.  Needless to say, I am walking up stairs sideways and I can't do much with my legs except the treadmill lol

Yesterday was myy rest day ... Mainly because I couldn't move my legs ...today back at the gym and some treadmill and elliptical

Friday: weight machines and treadmill 20 minutes 

Saturday:  Seated pulley rows, Lat pull downs, Chest press, tricep extensions, and a few exercises with free weights, then went to spin for 50 minutes.  On my way to TRX class now :)

Yesterday my version of a run ( well actually more of a shuffle but it makes me feel better to call it running ! LOL ), today elliptical and then serious leg session with my trainer

Loads and loads of golf and dog walks...business as usual.

 

Played 40 minutes squash today.

 

Ouch.

 

I am one of those fat guys that really annoys fit people. Fit people expect to run me into the ground on a squash court but I'm really pretty good at racket sports and deceptively light on my feet The look on their faces during the game really is a picture.

 

Bandito 5 games. Fitto 0 games.

Gonna feel it tomorrow though.

Yesterday small group traing - and I mean really small - just me and 2 trainers, today treadmill and weights with my trainer .... Am feeling it now :-)

50 push-ups

100 squat thrusts (similar to burpee)

100 squats

100 mountain climbers

50 step ups on tire. Both sides

50 kettle bell swings

100 sit-ups

100 jumping jacks

 

All in 35 min!

Supposed to repeat that tonight because I told my friend I would do a double but that was before I knew it would be a killer class. Lol

Boxing with my trainer - think punch combos with a zillion burpees and runs in between !! I wonder if my team will mind if I crawl up and down the basketball court tonight ??? LOL ,
