Okay, so yesterday was a crap day b/c I forgot to take my concussion medicine the night before and whenever that happens, I feel like I have the worst hangover ever.  Anyway, I went to CrossCycle and just refrained from crunches at the end, planks were fine...just the up and down head movements were not going to happen.  I muddled through most of it.

Feel a cold coming on and am crampy, but went went to spin class this morning at Gym #1.  Best thing for cramps ladies is exercise, really :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
