Biking today. Stripped the gears as I was trying to pedal up an overpass. :0 urban exercise

I want to go bike so bad. I've got a brand new bike and 50 miles of concrete river trails right outside my gate. The wind really blows hard here. I guess I'm a fair weather rider. I hate biking when it's windy.

Yesterday, did triceps extension and the usual spin class.  Today the closest I got to exercise was grocery shopping!

I am in awe of all of you...but I am proud that after at least 15 years of total slugdom...after 3 1/2 weeks I am walking 1.6 miles in 30 minutes on my treadmill!!

Did a small group (usually up to 8 people) - fitness class. There were only 2 of us in the class so lots of up close attention - and man does the trainer like push-ups !

Last night - hand to mouth glass raises at the wine bar.

Tonight - I'll either kick my butt in Total Conditioning class at the gym, or fart around on the treadmill.  Time will tell.
