Thurs walking to and from my course. About an hour all told.

Fri was walking to and from my cleaning job and then from a shop for party food. Shattered.

Need to do some actual exercise lol.

 Shattered.

Marti, what do you mean by shattered? Also, I can't PM you, I think your mailbox is full.

Yesterday: 6 (friggin) hours of painting.

Today: 5 (friggin) hours of painting.

Benefit: That my arms and back are not sore at all. They used to be very sore after I had been painting, before I joined the gym.

Truth: That I could have gone to the gym in the evenings.

Down-on-knees scrubbing of dirty untreated wooden floors, medium-large sized room, duration forever. Great 1 hour power walk with borrowed dog in fresh air.

Sat & Sun Spin class 50 minutes.  Yesterday, planks, crunches, pretend push ups and free weights.  Much of the same today, since I can't get to the gym.

Sorry, shattered means really tired.

Today Pump it up Workout - kinda like zumba but to dance music with sexier moves lol. And then some girlie press ups and crunches.

I ran with cody for 3.75 miles today, I am contemplating running in a half marathon in may....I am going to start training for it as if I am anyway to see if it is plausible for me. I run slow typically 12-13 minute miles, it varies. We will see.

I ran 2.5 miles today, did first day of Insanity (after fitness test), and watched an episode and a half of TWD on stair stepper. Just past 3 week mark on diet. I'd be happy with 7, but would not mind losing 12 lbs total.

I am not sure if I will be able to walk tomorrow, I'm already sore, and that is not a good sign. Especially since I have worked out most days for years. May need to contact the medics if I cannot get out of bed tomorrow.
