So, I was really excited that another spin class was added.  Got there today, set up my bike, did 2 sets of chest presses.  I start to warm up on my bike and start to notice everybody has a set of 5 lb weights next to the bike.  It's a part spin, half dumbbell class.  Oh no thank you, I felt a little silly but got out of there as fast as I could lol.  Went and did a 25 minute circuit.

I have heard of this... at our club they dont do or allow it... Not something I would wanna do either!

1 hour private pilates with the reformer today.... tomorrow is 1 hour weight trainer at 5:30am

No motivation this evening to rock it hard and fast.

Fill the logbook : Junk miles.

Junk miles are better than couch miles ...

Did level 3 of the 30 day shred ... even though I think I may have a cold or virus coming - not sure if I should have or not but I'm glad I've only got 4 left :)

Since walking all four dogs didn't go so well, we came up with a new plan a couple days ago.  Walk the 2 boys together because they walk so nicely on a leash.  Walk each girl separate and try to teach them how to walk on a leash.  I don't have a smart phone or any apps but I figured out on Google Earth that each dog is walking a mile so that's three miles for me each day.  Would like to eventually be able to walk them all together and go further but this will do for now.  It's not much but the girls are improving so I am happy with that.

* Mean dog hasn't showed up the last few days so we are happy about that.

I just finished some full body/upper body stretches and an aerobics video. Sweating like crazy, but will be doing Leslie Sansone's two-mile walk soon.

1 mile walk/run and 1 mile bike.

I actually ran about half the time on the stupid hamster wheel thing. Never could before I stopped smoking.

Ran 4.1 miles, used the nautilus machines at work did some squats, lunges, other weight exercises plus a personal accomplishment I cant think of what it is called but I was never able to do it before the gym was empty so I went for it it is called a vertical knee raise machine where you hang there basically and bring your knees up I can do it with ease now I was surprised :)

EDIT: After much procrastination and ... well ... being a slug, The Sarge finally got up off the couch, wandered to the basement Dreadmill and pounded out an 8-miler: 1% grade @ 1:06:43 (8:20/mile).

Off tomorrow and long run (11-miler) on Sunday - outdoors (!!) if the weather holds out.
