Bandito - you will love the gym - just ask Colleen how quickly you adopt the sweaty monkey philosophy :-)

Thursday 25 mins yoga

Friday Pump it up work out for an hour, Some strength work, push ups, sit ups, bridge, planks etc. 15 mins worth. 

 

I will be floaty light and waif like in no time...or hurting :)

If I ever get back to my vacation, I will get started on the walking......Waif like sounds good. H reminded me yesterday that Pepperidge Farm Pirouettes go straight from can to bum. Hate it when he is right.....

Gym # 1:  seated pulley row, chest press, lat pull downs and spin class.

 

Now, waiting for my face to calm down and gradually fade from purple to normal so I can resume holiday shopping.

For accountability, I am posting here...I fully intend to do both a spin class at 8:30 am and Abs and Booty class at 9:15 am tomorrow.  If I don't you all can call me a liar or stone me or something.  I am serious, need to get my butt in gear.

Gym # 1

Lying leg press, 3 sets build up to 410 lbs

Upright Rows 

Chest Press

Glute Extensions

Lat Pulldowns

Tricep Extensions

Shoulder Press

ok...gym going well

 

Been 3 times since induction last week

 

Doing 3 sets of 15 of seated chest press, lat pull downs, bicep curls, tricep pull downs

 

Treadmill and bike then half an hour in the pool.

 

Loving it.

 

Next week will add rowing machine and some ab work.

After a week and a half of doing nothing but eat and drink - went for a run ( well kind of a run!! ) ... Didn't cover much distance but at least it was something a0d0423989cfe63dbac86525c36d6b54_zpsff34

Yesterday:  Just Spin class at Gym #1, then scrubbed my pet goats room, ewww!

Today:       At Gym #2 Spin class (pyramid sprints and intervals  :wacko2: ), then Muscle and conditioning class.  Now for the rest of the cleaning that needs to be done.

Nothing yesterday, except stairs.  

 

Today, just Abs & Booty express (30 minutes).  After tomorrow, I will have more time for exercise it seems as I will no longer have a job.  Maybe I'll take up running again.

Yesterday - did a massive clean up and then a bit of running. Today some more running and am now about to have a glass of bubbles and wait for the New Years :-)

Gym #1, linear leg press, upright rows, seated rows, lat pull downs, triceps extensions, chest press and then went on the treadmill for 21 minutes walk/run.  Feel great :)
