Nope

I dreamt of smoking last night (no bloody idea why) and woke up feeling disgusted...so Nope, not even in my dreams.

Ha yes, gritting my teeth. Tough craving but I'm OK. It's that weird quitter's lung feeling. Breathing is great, but the craving is right there. Like if I had a cigarette, it would make my chest feel better.

I hear ya.  I think I have been having a lot of those craves lately.  Gritting those teeth really help.  Hang tough.  It is so much better not smoking.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
