Congratulations @Sparky for being smoke free for 1 month.

Well done Sparky, that is the hardest quit month over with. We are so lucky you are sharing your journey with us as you are already offering your support to your fellow QT members. You might be a newbie but you know the routine, rewards are super important. So you need to do something special to celebrate today. A reward, a treat, we would love to know how you choose to recognise this your first milestone of many to come.

Sparky -- Fantastic job on the 1 month mark.  This is hard one to make but can show you this can be done.  It does get easier after this (just keep your focus) and the benefits become more noticeable.  Congrats and celebrate the day, you deserve it!!!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
