I think you look great Stewie.  Skin as soft as a babies bottom - not a wrinkle or gray hair in sight.  Whatever stresses you have dealt with in life, you have weathered them well.

Thank you Linda. I had my fair bit of distress and anxiety but i find a way to manage it.

Just the first 5 months of quitting smoking should have put my hair all grey xD

And you have a very pretty one.  Great to see you.  You have been absent for a while but see your still hanging onto to your quit!  Way to go Lilly.

Haven't worn one of those in 35 years LOL!

Think you're maybe confusing Canadians with Europeans?

This is what I'd look like these days in a Speedo :55_frowning:

I just love this thread.  It is like meeting my friends for the first time.   We are all definitely a good looking bunch of non-smokers!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
