Congratulations @Kdad for being free for 3 months!

Well done on officially being a member of the 25%ers club. That's right you are 1/4 of the way to being smoke free for 1 year. Its great to see you nope each day. I hope you are doing something special today to celebrate and you might be at the 3 month stage but you still need to give yourself rewards, because you deserve them and they are part of the re-wiring process. Keep the quit.

I also love your nopes but I love it even more you have breezed through 3 mos!.  You are not even a complainer.  It seems as if you just set your mind to it and stopped smoking.

One great quit!  Keep it going!

Awesome comments everyone!!!! I've had more cravings the last week than usual but nothing sos worthy. Staying strong. I just want to say for those who have relapsed there is no shame in it. Trust the process and realize a sticky quit is still possible.

Hey Kdad; remember what people say about the 3's? 3 days, 3 weeks and 3 months can be difficult times for some people so, stay strong and get through this last 3 :)  Should be clear sailing after that.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
