Congratulations @Linda Thomas for being 4 months smoke free!!

 

Well done Linda on being 1/3rd of the way through your first year of smoking freedom. You have been tested over this time and each test just makes you stronger as a non-smoker and within yourself. You my dear are an inspiration for those coming behind you, we are all so proud. So celebrate, rejoice and do something just for you because you deserve it.

It may not be smooth sailing all the time, but at 4 months you've built a solid foundation for a lifelong quit.  Congratulations Linda!  Proud of you.
