This is one that was pretty popular over at another quit site. It works just like sticks and chicks... with a twist.... So our newbies (that's anyone under 1 year quit) add one as we go along.... but the old phartes get to take two..... BUT THAT'S NOT FAIR.... I hear you say, well of course its not, but that's because quitting is so much easier once you have been quit for a year, newbies need to put in the extra work, they need to combine and work as a team to get to their goal... so get counting kids....20 for the newbies or -20 for the old phartes will win the game. I know @Sslip  will be glad to see this game ;)

Lets get this show on the road......

@Sslip, remember when we beat the old phartes at qsmb.... that one time... LOL....How good did it feel??

Ah but so you remember the team we hast at the time? The stuff of legends. We had you and fluffy in the ruck, Beazel at full forward, green meanie showing silky skills at half forward and me at half back. It seems like a lifetime ago, but as I remember aside from Johnny and Andy we had the team to wipe the floor with the phartes. We're more like Carlton circa 2018 now.

hahahahaha..... you need to train those newbies up Captain @Sslip ... I'm sure Rhino would make a great Ruck... Tammy could be handy on the forward line... Linda Thomas would fill a hole in defense... is it really our fault you neglected to train the recruits???? ;)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
