Congratulations @Parsley for being smoke free for 3 months!

Well done Parsley and welcome to the 25%ers club. Three months quit is a big one, that's 1/4 of the way to your first year of freedom. What a nice solid base to your quit you have there. I hope you had a wonderful smoke free thanksgiving without the stress of trying to sneak off for a smoke and all the extra time that would have given you with the grandbabies. Make sure you do something really special to reward yourself for this milestone, it is well earned.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
