Hey NOPErs... I did NOPE .... I just didn't post before the 15th had started.... So 14th of November is World Diabetes Day... did you know that smokes are 30-40% more likely to develop type 2 diabetes than non-smokers.... do you know how to reduce that likelihood???  QUIT.... do it today, on world Diabetes Day..... If you already have diabetes, regardless of what type are you aware that smoking makes your diabetes harder to control because nicotine acts as an insuline inhibitor??? If you are a smoker with diabetes, quitting smoking will benefit your health right away. People with diabetes who quit have better control of their blood sugar levels.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
