Well done on officially being a member of the 75%ers. That's right catlover, you are 3/4 of the way to your first year of freedom. I am so greatful to be sharing this journey with you and to get to watch you grow with your quit. Thank you for all you do to help everyone else on their journey, keeping the games going and also with the support you give. Last time ever you will be a single digit baby. Make sure you do something special to celebrate, with lots of popcorn.

9 Months it is today!!!! yay I'm feeling so good and my health is improving all the time. Today I walked up the big hill by me on my way home, and realised my breathing was wayyy better than it used to be. My cash lasts longer, and I do love all the little treats I can now afford..including a big bag of popcorn eaten today haha...not ready to let that go just yet!!

Thank you to you all for being here with me and spurring me on, this place reallly helps to keep you on track.....scuse the pun!!!!!!

Cant quite believe i'm in my 10th month now....honestly newbies, those first few days and weeks may drag, but then WHOA!!!!! time flies and your free.
