Congratulations @Parsley for being smoke free for 2 months.

Well done for growing your quit to be two months old. What a great achievement and things are just going to keep improving. So I don't forget, rewards are all part of the quit process (the better part) so make sure you do something special to acknowledge the effort you have put in to stay true to the NOPE. Your contributions around the word are already helping those coming behind.

Congratulations, Parsley

on your TWO months of Freedom.

You are building a fine and sturdy quit

that will serve you forever.

Believe me, it gets better and better so, never loose hope or focus.

Protect your quit and reward yourself every time you choose LIFE over smokes

and celebrate these markers, you are your own hero now.

Congrats Parsley for reaching another monthly milestone. You are going strong on this quit. So happy to see you doing well :)

Remember to treat yourself to something nice today in recognition of getting not only 1 but now 2 months behind you!

Maybe a glass of wine with hubby or a friend.

Thanks all. !!! It's been a good day. Manicure before work, great lunch!

I ordered a coat hoping it would come today to celebrate and it came !

It's called coat of many colors, from the animal rescue site. I love!

Breathing better and deeper everyday...

Hello Parsley,

Congratulations on completing two months !!!

Just keep going, it will continue to become more easier. The worst times are definitely behind you.  In one or two more months, you will notice more changes in your body as the nicotine receptors in your brain go to sleep.

In the meantime, stay by this forum, and keep close until you have reached your first year anniversary.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
