Congratulations @Kelly on being smoke free for 11 months.

Well done Kelly... only one month to go until you have been quit for an entire year. 11 months is a sensational quit and you should be starting to feel all the benefits of being smoke free. I am so happy you have made this commitment to yourself to being free. Hope your doing something special as a reward for your achievements this month, maybe a spa day, a massage, a nice fancy bottle of plonk? Would love to know how you celebrated.

So make sure you pack because the next stop is the Lido Deck to celebrate your first year smoke free.

@notsmokinjo Thank you so much for the encouragement. It is truly appreciated! Just to let you know still off the gum . It gave me quite a time. LOL. I didn't really celebrate. I am usually busy with work and family.

^^^ Nothing wrong with being busy with life Kelly. That's kind of why we quit this horrible addiction so we have more time on this earth to do just that :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
