Congratulations @brand.new.ela on being smoke free for 11 whole months!

Well done Ela... you are so close now to that Lido Deck and freedom.... smell that, its clean air but sure there is a hint of brine to it.... best get packing, you have 1 month left until you are an old pharte... one month until you have ticked off that hardest of years. I am so happy you are feeling so confident with your quit. Eleven months is a huge achievement... see you next month for the celebrations... until then here is the special Lido Deck packing 101...

Nice one Brand New Ela! 11 months of saying NOPE to this addiction is real cause for celebration! Great to see another quitter getting ready to celebrate their 1 year anniversary.

Can't wait to see you climbing on board the Lido Deck :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
