Was huge, out of nowhere bump!

I am truly loving this quit, despite the craves but yesterday was bad...but shortlived, got through it and moving on.

I generally this quit, get craves..immediately look at all the no smoking benefits...and am fine.

LOVE MY QUIT

Very well done Parsley! You beat the crave back and you will be stronger the next time the addiction or nicodemon  raises it`s ugly head. Lots of battles won end up making you strong and the war is won. Way to go!

Another good day....way fewer smoking thoughts than usual...life is so much better as a mom smoker! Cleaner, better, fresher, calmer, healthier and so much more free!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
