So sit back relax and enjoy the celebrations. Oh this definately desereves maximum level spoilage, what are you doing to celebrate, would love to know.

Thank you so much everyone!

I'm so excited that it's finally been a year. People like you are one of the main reasons I have reached this milestone, especially in the difficult early days of my quit.

I don't think about vaping/smoking much anymore, which is a huge relief, since at first it was so hard.

I'm so excited to be on the lido deck.

Thank you so much everyone for all your support.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
