Rain. Raining for a few days.

No driving with window cracked, getting water inside

No going in the station to buy cigs in the rain

No going out in the rain to smoke to end up looking like a drowned rat

No smelling like a wet cigerette after smoking in rain

LOVE THIS!!!!

Isn't it fantastic the benefits we realise once we quit?! :) How far along are you now Parsley?  Your quit date still says today lol

Almost a month already, that's awesome! If the tickets are too frustrating to mess with you could just go to your profile page and click edit profile and you'll see where you can put in your quit date. After all you did quit last month, not today so own that and be proud of yourself for it :)

Nice to see you happy in the rain and out of the rain, Parsley !

This is great news.

I bet our Ticker Wizard,  @Nancy, can help you...she has helped so many !  Send her a pm, I'm sure she'll be happy to help when she can.

There are so many small benefits to quitting that we don't even think about until we are well along in our quit process. Great that you are focusing on the positives :)  Those positives just keep multiplying along the way too!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
