Congratulations @Philip G. for being 1 month smoke free.

Well done on making the decision to free your life of smokes and nicotine. The first month is the hardest and now you have finished that so here is a big woohoo. Hopefully you are feeling more comfortable with your quit. Rewards are really important, especially for the early milestones, so make sure you do something to celebrate and reward your achievement of being one month smoke free. It would be great if you could pop in and let us know how you celebrated.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
